Admission Procedure

Admission : Admissions are made in April but mid-year admissions may accepted in case of vacancy.

Registration : The school is from Nursery to class XII. Admission to Dehradoon Public School begins from Nursery onwards.
Children must be registered before they can be considered fit for admission. Registration does not guarantee admission. Registration forms are available from January every year. Children will be invited for an interview as reason whatsoever and the school’s decision will be final.
The academic year starts in April.

Documents required:-

• Admission form duly completed.
• Two passport size photographs of the child.
• One copy of the child’s birth certificate.
• An affidavit from a first class Magistrate / notary confirming the date of birth as stated by the parent.
• Photocopy of the original mark sheet of the last examination passed at the previous school.

Procedure of withdrawals

• School must be informed at least one month in advance.
• Withdrawal during the session is subject to the permission granted by the principal.
• No fees will be refunded if the parents decide to withdraw their wards in the mid session.

Conduct and Discipline

The school will inculcate a sense of self discipline in the students.
This will be done firmly but with love an affection. In serious cases of Indiscipline ( In extreme cases ) a student will be expelled and the decision of the principal will be final.
